    It’s only 2 live hours, designed around busy lives. Can’t make it live? Register anyway, everyone who signs up receives the recording.

    No one can promise a fixed outcome. What we can say: this approach has guided thousands since 1996, and it works by building genuine understanding rather than temporary relief. You leave the live session with something you can use.
