Over the last 5 days, a major realization came to me – just how many thoughts run through your mind every single second, every single day – and that with awareness and understanding, these thoughts can be easily removed. I had taken them to be just another part of me, but I was given a glimpse of what the other side was like. Being silent, living inside myself has been a great experience – I now realize that so many things do not need to be said, that all problems will not get solved. Once you let go, just let it be, things work themselves out. Part of me is reluctant to go back into that other world called “India” full of noise and people. Yet the other half wants to jump back and utilize my new-found skills.
